[quote="The_Voice"]Im on the last DVD of seasson 1 of lost, so far its been really good

Im tempted on buying Carnivale on DVD, has anyone seen it?

Carnivale's awesome- one of my favourite shows. I'd reccomend renting it first though, as the slow pace bothers some people and its definitely more of a cult hit than anything.

Suburban middle-class types who think they're being oh-so-tolerant
by watching a show with a gay guy in it.

Started Curb Your Enthusiasm. Pretty good, a bit Woody-Allenish at times. Makes me want to check Seinfeld out again.

Watching Jeremy Kyle like a proper unemployed person. Unfortunately this episode's story is genuinely quite sad and a lot less hard for me to sneer at.

Started season two of Burn Notice. Excellent spy action comedy.

Partway through season 2 of 4400. The baby is so damn cool, not for OMGTEHPOWAZ but for the facial expressions. How they trained it to synch them up with the moods is beyond me.

I admit it: I've been watching Project Runway lately. It's a surprisingly good show IMO. And even the big "losers" are probably better fashion designers than I could ever hope to be. :D

Finished series 2 of The 4400 last night. Great show, but I don't like the way that it suddenly shifts gear towards the last few episodes, makes it feel rushed. Already have s3, might save it a while, been neglecting X Files...

And WTF Canada, why is The Trailer Park Boys so damn hard to find region 2? I can't play your shitty region 1 discs, get your damned act together. Evan, Brahm, Cara, I'm going to be relentlessly sadistic until you get this changed.

I've watched all seven seasons of that show three times over the past two weeks. It's one of those shows where every single character is great and no matter how many times you watch an episode you'll always discover something different.

Now watching Peep Show season 2. Mark going to college to bone some chick, lol.

so my sister forced us to watch "men in trees" and it fucking sucks. do not want.

on the other hand, the same channel (Fox Life) also has Still Standing and How I Met Your Mother, both good comedies. SS is surprisingly good for a family sitcom.

I've been plowing through the X-files series now, mostly because of the new movie. I think the continuing "alien-conspiracy" episodes are the best.

Also I'm waiting for House to start a new season here. Gregory House is the best character ever :P

Extras is great. Definitely on par with The Office, and it's got some hilarious guest stars. Daniel Radcliffe is my favourite.

I'm watching a few episodes of Carnivàle right now. I'm still completely mesmerized by this show and the quality of the production.
