this sucks. The new celtic frost style was bad ass and i was hoping for another album. Hopefully tom will come to his senses and get back with the band.

I thought Tom was THE heart and soul of Celtic Frost. They might as well better be off disbanded then.

Celtic Frost without Tom seems like Motörhead without Lemmy to me.

I agree that he is the main man for this band as far as their sound and the song writing. However, their last album was just ok....maybe it's for the best. Everytime these guys put out an album it was drastically different than the last.

The pathetic thing is he claims he had very little to do with the recordings because he was so sick of it all and tortured artist blah blah blah. Take some responsibility, Tam. :lame:

I remember reading an interview when Cold Lake came out and he seemed very proud of the new direction...

And nonsense as well. Monotheist was a good comeback, and they still put on a good live show. I was looking forward to where they were going to go next.

In every interview I've seen with Tom he said Cold Lake was shit, and he takes full responsibility for it. And Monotheist was a good album, let's hope they hire an emo singer and a girl keyboardist and make another album WAIT NO-
