Scorpions "Lonesome Crow"
I had forgotten how exquisite this album was !

up next
Judas Priest "Rocka Rolla"
Much better than what most people say though it hardly sounds like classic Priest.

She spends all his money and drinks all his beer (or something)!

Nice album, very odd start for a band like Scorpions too.

Indeed but it's probably one of my favorite... Well, anyway, anything released post-Lovedrive is just goatcrap...

Impellitteri - Screaming Symphony

It's been some time since I last heard this. Great album, one of Impellitteri's best.

Very nice music but the chick vocalist can be a bit screechy at times.

Still, for those who can't stand female vocals, she is a lot better than the operatic singers found in gothic bands or Nightwish clones. You heard their debut ? She uses a much deeper voice there and that album as a whole is superior, though I haven't given this one much chance yet.

NP: Power Quest - Master Of Illusion

Ness, if you don't know they have a new album out. :)

Released in 1982, this second album from French band WARNING remains one of the best things to ever come out of France... Essential!

Ahhh metal covers of cheezy 80's techno songs.

Dream Theater - Awake

This album has slowly grown on me... I really disliked it at frst, but it's okay now. Some awesome solos.

Great stuff. I regret having listened to When the Eagle Cries as their first song.

They're other stuff isn't as good, but individual songs like Damien and Wolf from Horror Show are fucking good as well.

Helloween's Markus side project with no guitars but a shitload of basses... I'm surprised it works but it does.

Nope... There's even a cover version of Eagle Fly Free (worst track on the album IMHO, the vocals are just not good on this one).
