Around here, we just have shitty dance clubs. And by dance club, I mean people flailing around akwardly to 50 Cent and Britney Spears songs, while paying $5 for watered down drinks. It's a sad display.

I guess I could always hit up the gay bars with Ken though.

Well she was here for an exchange program so we sort of had a relationship back then and ...yeah.

Alot of the music can be called goth but its good goth and makes a nice atmosphere, at least to me.

A pint costs about 10$ here, if not more. And the booze is way more expensive. So we get senselessly drunk before we hit the clubs. I enjoy dancing, mostly because I've been an active allrounder (Breakdance, swing, salsa, etc).

Getting drunk is indeed unreasonably expensive in Norway. I go there at least thrice a year (because my mother is Norwegian) but I always bring beer. Paying outrageous prices for lettøl (about 2,5% alc.) and hardly being able to pay for the spirits, I prefer to carry along the goods from home.

@showmaster: All your proud little anecdotes about engaging in senseless violence, makes you seem like a clueless moron on a testosterone high...

those cats were fast as lightning! It sounds hilarious a bit but here it happens very often, it's not like I'm kung-fu fightning all the time, but it happens every now and then and it's not that i'm beating people up all the time, it also happens (too often) that I get beaten for even more hilarious reasons, like once I was 14 then and I was going home from friends house and met the group of football hooligans from another city = heavy beating (I've never got beaten so much like then), It also happened that I got beaten by some drunkish guy's because they felt like beating someone up, actually it happens more often that I got beaten up then that I beat someone up, but only I never brag how I got beaten.

and how was I disturbing everyone else? by asking bartender why does booze costs so much, and then tried to convice him to lower the prices(I know that he haves no authority to do it) and then bouncer just grabbed me and threw me out! It's an outrage! So after being thrown out of the club I picked up myself and gone home! And where is here ruining everybody's elses good time?

If you don't like the prices then eithier don't drink or go someplace else. Stop being a cheap fuck. You got thrown out because you exhibited a trait that is fairly common of individuals who have had far too much to drink. It's not an outrage at all.
