Bloody hell, they got back together? I have an irrational loathing of self-righteous straight edge hardcore, so I'm not exactly fussed.

Unfortunately they attract those straightedge fags that have a gang mentality instead of the positivity that straightedge is supposed to promote. I saw a dude punch a chick in the face and knock her out once at an Earth Crisis show, all because she was smoking. It's unfortunate.

It's shit like that that keeps me from listening to SXE hardcore, however great the music is. I don't like the mentality that some lifestyle choices should exclude you from something.

That's stupid. The band doesn't promote that sort of thing, why should you not listen to their music because some fans may suck?

Well, some people don't like the gay S&M/biker image of metal and refuse to listen to it because of that stupid reason. At least we got good tunes to go with our misguided fashion sense and lifestyle choices. Not smoking cigs, what?. Fuck that, I want hot chicks, booze, smokes and Homosexual opera singers screaming along to brutal guitar riffs.

I always thought the message was pretty entwined into the music. Besides, I object to their asscociation with the ALF.
