I would say their metalcore.

As for Sigh, the new album isn't full on black metal. It wouldn't make my black metal top 5 since the bottom drops out of it as the album goes on.

They are groove metal for me. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Groove_metal) Sure the purist will say that that is not a real genre and just made up by the press etc etc, but i think it is a good classification to use.
