SOAD'ın anasını avradını sikiym amına kodumun ermeni orospu çocuklarını gördüüm yerde götlerine bıçak sokup ağızlarından çıkatrıcam şerefsizkerin.

Here's what I think about SOAD in my native language. It translates as "Fuck SOAD".

I really like System of a Down, but I would like to see them become less silly and write an epic album with fewer but better and longer and deeper songs. They have great talent and great singer, but I just don't like 2 minute tracks, I want something more serious and mature from them.

Nah,don't like them at all. However, of the nu metal bands, they're probably the ones I can stand the most.

Doesn't anyone else get a sort of "activist Faith No More" vibe from System of a Down? I like their silly sort of energy.

Come on, they rule, and the fact that the only thing that most of you can come up with to criticise them is speaking in Foreign (ie non-English), is sad.
Heard the new track yet Stephan? (can I call you that, or do you prefer TIE?)

Hahaha, you know what the problem is with normal people dealing with disabled kids? They tread them like Disabled kids! My mum used to work with them and they are actually extremely funny and if you just laugh about them in a friendly way, they just laugh along! If you act normal opposed to them you can have a really good time with them, no one should pitty them, because they do not know better...

Exactly. People pity them, so treat them like idiots (which a lot of the time they're not! There was a kid living down the road from me before we moved (not b/c of him! :) ) and he was a great little guy!

That might have been funnier if I hadn't heard it already on seven or eight seperate musical review websites.

Try again.

I'm actually thinking of buying Toxicity (partially because Amazon.com named it "Best Album Of 2001") a little later. I just listened to it after reading this thread, and I must say, SOAD certainly has an interesting style of music (sort of Dead Kennedys mixed with Korn mixed with a touch of Slayer). I think a lot of metal fans are quick to cast stones at the band because of their "nu-metal" label, but I must say, they certainly beat the pants off Limp Bizkit. Plus it's nice to, for once, hear a metal band that doesn't take itself so damn seriously!
