Montreal's pretty awesome for being in the french part of Canada. I went to The Museum of Fine Arts, and I realized that I love museums, then we went to Chinatown, where I felt really intimidated since there's 2 possible languages that I can't speak here (French and Chinese), but I was able to make it out okay with some delicious chinese food and Qoo (aka best drink ever).

How was everyone else's weekend?

Youthclub parade on friday, totally wasted.
10-year anniversary party of our own youth club on saturday, totally wasted.
Had to take pics of my uncle at his request, he'll be dead in less than two months from cancer. Not wasted, but nowhere near okay either.

I worked friday, saturday and sunday. But Saturday was the Christmas party, which was an immense amount of fun. I didn't even break my ankle wearing high heels whilst dancing, which is pretty impressive, I have to say. Work isn't even that bad anyway, I am no longer a cashier. I work on the floor in housewares, which rocks hardcore.

It's a sort of non-profit pub run by youngsters, aimed at youngsters. Mostly just regular pub nights, drinks and some card games, but sometimes parties, initiation workshops, small tourneys, etc.

Edit: forgot to mention that they are nominally sponsored by the town or city's youth administration, which means there's always a likelihood of finding a youth club wherever you go in Flandern.

Did you see the Roman bronzes of Cartoceto di Pergola? The best thing at the museum right now.

Anyway, do you live in Montreal? Its a fantastic city- been living here for 19 years, and I can't imagine living anywhere else.

In other news, my weekend sucked cock. Well, thursday night was fun, as I went to a toga party. Friday was school and work, saturday was work and studying, and sunday was work and studying, culminating in two tests I had today.

I was going to work Sunday, but got the day off. So I got drunk and listened to Sepultura.
