Dark Forest - Aurora Borealis, a fine slab of Melodic BM from Canada. :dio: :dio:

At last a good BM band that does not dress up in leather, spikes and corpse paint.

Yuck. I hope you can properly disinfect your house after that fetid pile stinks up the place. Slayer is one band that has no business trying to diversify their sound. You actually have to have talents outside of playing fast and noodling solos to make that sort of thing work.

Exodus-The Atrocity Exhibition: Exhibit A

Honestly, I pull out Show No Mercy more often than not when I'm in the mood for some Slayer. I'd have to rank Slayer up there as one of the most overrated bands ever.

I tend to listen to them because I like their general sound more than anything else. Their albums aren't THAT wildly different from each other...

Hmmm well again I went crazy the other day and bought a load of albums, they are:

Skid Row - Skid Row
Elwing - War
The Eternal - Sleep of Reason
Dark Sanctuary - Royaume Mélancolique
Eternal Tears of Sorrow - Before the Bleeding Sun
Dew - Scented - Issue IV
Circus Maximus - The 1st Chapter
Holy Moses - Queen of Siam
Weltenbrand - The End of The Wizard
Steve Thorne - Emotional Creatures Part 1
Dungeon - Resurrection
Falconer - Northwind
Grimfist - 10 Steps to Hell
Cronian - Terra
General Surgery - Left Hand Pathology
Bob Catley - Spirit of Man
Kamfpar - Fra Underverdenen
Helheim - Av Norrøn Ætt

The shop I walked into was trying to get rid of them so I picked them all up for $95AUS :D
