I like it, nothing ground breaking but extremely tight playing all around. Great mixture of trash, death and melodeath, makes for a very enjoyable listen.

I should probably wait until everything arrives, but what the hell.

Decapitated - The Negation
Immortal - Pure Holocaust
Gorgoroth - Twilight Of The Idols: In Conspiracy With Satan
Forest - Forest
Graveland - The Celtic Winter
Graveland - In The Glare Of Burning Churches
Twilight - Twilight
Nortt/Xasthur split
Nehemah - Shadows From The Past
Testament - The New Order

So far, the Forest is pretty good, and Decapitated rip.

Surprise Purchase:

Queensryche - Operation Mindcrime. Amazing concept album. This would've made a great big screen serial drama. I've heard a lot of negative things about Operation: Mindcrime II. Is it really as bad as people say it is?

The first one is a total classic. The problem is the sequel just cannot live up to OM1. The songs on OM2 seem shit because you start comparing them to the OM1 ones, which are totally killer. If you don't compare it to the one it's a decent album.

ordered this from no-colours-records today:

Angmar/Alcest - Split DLP ( first demos from both bands, both pretty k3wl)
Sigh - "Scorn defeat" LP
Throne of Katharsis - "Unholy holocaust winds" Gatefold 10" MLP

...and finally, but not least:
Deathspell Omega -Si monumentum....- LP : this... well, this is supposed to be sold out a long long time ago. But for some reason it was listed on no-colours-records. Worst thing that can happen is that it is a mistake, and if not my penis will grow 2 inches on the kvlt bedroom barometer - " yuippiii!!" .. only 16€ of course, i'm too k3wl to pay ebay-prices - another inch? yes indeed! :dio:
.. but i'm not that optimistic about it, i think it's a mistake. But perhaps it's a re-release?!

edit: When i recieve this order my metal (real metal) music collection will count exactly 400 cds, tapes, lp's and dvds, of which 97%+ is black metal... and thus i will stop buying more black metal music for a long time to come, except if something new awsome shite get released.
Been thinking about thining out my collection, cuz i really do have a lot of crap! Most of my black metal cd's and tapes are really really... crap... my black metal LP's on the other hand kicks somewhat ass.

I feel I'm buying too much black metal and neglecting the other genres of metal. For instance, I own no Motorhead albums. Shameful or what?

hmm.. i dunno about that, he he.. i don't care that much about the other genres of metal, with exceptions of course. I mostly listen to black metal related music when i listen to metal.. including viking etc... i might have to check out some of the old katatonia or how ever it's spelled. Heard some samples along time ago which was freaking awsome.
