I'm sure if someone already put down a wicked bass line on the song the others wouldn't go and put another bass line on top of it out of spite.

Recording over someones bass lines out of spite would be very black metal :dio: Actually, isn't that stuff reecorded on a 4-track?Doesn't that mean you can only have four spearate overdubs on there? Did anyone have to sing and play at the same time? Has the world been overrun by Venusians?
