I'm so excited about their new album, but that cover art is really lame compared to the other ones.

This could be the best release of 2007, I'm sure. Yeah the cover looks lame. It's like a picture under bad lighting.

But... the cover IS Behemoth. It 's similar to Demigod, and Thelema 6, and apart from the lack of redness, Zos Kia Cultus. It's the same grey shade with a weirdass picture.
And really, do you give a shit what the cover looks like? Does it detract from the music at all? Sorry if I seem confrontational, I'm just sick of people looking for things to bitch about in EVERYTHING. The covers looks bad, the guitars are too harsh, the drumming is too loud, the vocals are too clean, etc etc who gives a fuck.

I think it's a great cover. I'm gonna buy a t-shirt with it, if I find one.

Whatever happened to the old saying "never judge a book by its cover".

The cover looks like Demigod's cover on acid.

The cover is actually pretty important to me. Everytime I listen to music, of any type, I get an immediate mental picture in my head; almost as if every song I hear has a music video to go along with it. Cover art is a big determining factor in what I see. A great cover like Emperor's "In the Nightside Eclipse" really goes along with the music and enhances the mental pictures I get in my head. This art for the new Behemoth CD is kinda goofy and dull compared to some of their past artwork, imo. It looks like a zoomed-in picture of a little toy figurine to me.
