I'm talking more about bands like Acid Reign and Xentrix, rather than the new stuff coming out today

I'm really ignorant of UK thrash other than Onslaught and Sabbat, but the modern scene is pretty damn good. Pitiful Regin, Amok, Evile and Headless Cross are all very promising.

The thing with UK thrash is that the bands it had were great, but that there were just so few bands. However, the sheer awesomeness of several British bands (most notably Sabbat) makes the scene a hit.

Yeah I think Rad posted about this a while ago, the songs on their Myspace sounded great and i hear that theyre gonna release a DVD sometime this year so :dio:

As Rad mentioned the current UK scene is really good, and old school bands like Onslaught, Sabbat and Xentrix kick ass.

Old is good-well, what there is is good. New is fackin' the shizzle fo. The new Onslaught aswell is great-not that thrashy at times but Killing Peace and Shock 'n' Awe rule. Technically my band is part of the scene but we have no drummer or other guitarist so can't record or gig so technically we're rubbish.
