How about a warning or something? Though, sadly, we've all seen that pic before, I'd rather not have seen it again.

The pic of Hoests cock? Thats Blabbermouths stupidity. Also, what a bunch of overreacting whiners. Bm is supposed to be edgy, extreme, etc.

True, it is supposed to be extreme, but you can't really think that wearing a swastika on your chest is a good idea, while playing a concert in freaking Germany no less.

It was a stupid move, and he should have expected this kind of backlash.

but the germans don't know that...

However, this made me lol:

and we truly apologize to all of our collaborators who might get problems because of the Essen swastika scandal (except for the Untermensch owner of that club; you can go suck a Muslim)!"

Hahaha

I see your point, but for some reason i dont find the idea of a bm band wearing a swastika that extreme.

For one, bm isnt exactly all that well known, even a lot of metalheads avoid it like the plague, let alone anyone who isnt into metal.

Second, other bands have used swastikas before. In fact, Skyforger have a swastika in their logo! (although they do explain that it is in no way a Nazi reference)

Thirdly, maybe im just too young or ignorant to really feel the effect of world war II, or maybe im just a jew hater and i dont realise it

In Germany they are more sensitive about it than in most other places, understandably. But we had Sid Vicious doing exactly this over here in the 1970s, and that's about as shocking as a cow nowadays.

Yes. And there should have been a fucking warning, if not at Blabbermouth, at least here. I'd rather read NSBM reviews here than see a penis while at work.

this is all stupid... if he had a drawing of Muhammad getting a cock rammed up his ass on his chest nobody would have complained... freedom of speech works in "mysteries" ways  :D .. not that i'm fond of the swastika symbol, but come on!

and it's just typical of blabbermouth to post those kinds of pictures.. if it had been roadrunners own band they would surely not post such pictures... why even post he's cock? what does that have to do with anything?

.. i don't understand why he apologized, though.. evil and arrogant black metallers don't do that!!! He may be a nice guy irl, but that is not for the public to see

"bah!", btw.

perhaps... but you would never go to such concert in the first place, so you wouldn't know
my point is, he wouldn't been banned if he had done so - regardless of what muslims or other ppl might have to say.

and another point is: Either u have 100 % freedom of speech without censorship or u don't have the so-called freedom of speech at all. There's several countries in europe who claims to have freedom of speech, and yet, if you deny holocaust in public you get jailed... but that's another story, perhaps.

Germany really doesn't have freedom of speech, particularly when it relates in any way at all to the holocaust. Do a little research and you might be more than a little surprised at what all citizens of Germany of have been jailed for in the last several years...

Yes, but it doesn't stop there either. As far as I know, you can be jailed for burning a copy of Anne Frank's diary.

There are exceptions to every rule, except this one.

I think it was dumb of him to do that and not expect for there to be some kind of repercussions.

I don't think people should be jailed for denying the holocaust.
