I think these guys are just beyond the point of repair.

They need to go into official retirement. Museum status even.

Have any of you seen the videos of Eddie on YouTube at this years NAMM. Go to YouTube and do a search "Van Halen Namm 2007". It hurt to watch it. Eddie's such a f**kin' mess.

C'mon, you're bashing him too hard.

So OK, he was wasted at this event, drunk or something. Plus he looks terrible. But you can't say that he can't play anymore because of this vid. First, he was wasted. Second, those kind of "solos" were always boring when he played live. His strength lies in riff composing, SONG composing.
