Either Eddie's or DLR's (or both) egos are bound to screw this up in

"I'm a rocker through and through. Here's a list of my favorite bands: AC/DC, Van Halen not Van Hagar, Skynyrd, Def Leppard..."

--------------------------------------

"Who's side did you take in the big Van Halen - David Lee Roth split?"
"What?"
"Who's side did you take: Halen or Roth?"
".......Van Halen"
"He's a cop!"

Seriously, though, I would wager everything I own on the outcome Mike predicted. Just remember what happened at the awards show in 1996 after they alluded to a reunion. For the best proof, I look to a recent quote from DLR himself: ""A Van Halen reunion is a lot like NASCAR -- are you there to see the winner or the crash? In this aspect, we're a lot closer to 'Jerry Springer' meets 'Knots Landing', which, to me, sells T-shirts."

Eddie got drunk and threw his guitar at him at a Madison Square Garden show. Sammy left and took Micheal Anthony with him, and now Eddie's 15 year old son will be the Bassist.
