That is, indeed, kickass. You still planning on going? My lame friends are too content sitting on their couches all day to go anywhere. Only one of them is going.

I went last year and almost died of happiness. It is a weekend of excellent metal like none other in the US. The bands hang out and watch the shows like everyone else, then join us at the after-parties in the hotel. I regret to say that I have seen Finnish balls courtesy of Thunderstone. From the Sonata Arctica DVD extras, it looks like this year's Finns can have a good time too!

Oh man, I'd go to this in a heartbeat! Unfortunately, my money goes towards the New England Fest (yeah yeah I know...), this will be the 5th year that my friends and I have been going, so its kind of a tradition now. If I could afford both shows though, I would absolutely. If I come into anymore money, I'll be sure and try to get ticks.

The one and the same! I've been reading metalreviews weekly for years now, and figured I'd start posting a little bit. Hi!
And, haha, the Thunderstone guys were flashing everyone at the Granada. I believe there is an infamous "balls on ass" photo floating around to verify, if you are so interested.

I'm not sure that's a photo I want to see! I don't post alot on here either, but I visit metalreviews weekly as well...since 2004 when I discovered them.

Seriously, this years festival is going to fucking suck!

They just added Cellador and Krucible (featuring singer Lance King, ex-Pyramize). Horrible line-up.

There's only about 90 or so tickets left. I don't think I'll have the money in time.

However, the showcase (Vanden Plas, Cellador, etc.) is a seperate ticket that doesn't sell out nearly as fast, at least I think that's what Ben said. I'm still hoping I can find a way to at least go to that.

Vanden Plas is the main reason I would go to this show.

My wife and I are going! She is a huge Primal Fear fan. I happen to love , oh hhmm, all of the bands that are playing.

I can't wait! Only 96 tickets left as of 3/8/2007.
