Be like me and get a job in a call centre until something better falls into your lap.

I've only been waiting for 14 months so far, its bound to happen sooner or later.

Aaagh but that would mean getting up before 10am.

I was thinking something more along the lines of.... professional footballer and/or hostage negotiator.

pretty fucking good, i changed from form in school, to give myself some more spare time and because i didn't needed most of my previous subjects to study History at college. New class is great, better teachers etc.

played my first football game in 8 weeks, with the -18 team of a second division team here (Oud-Heverlee-Leuven). 0-3 victory, boo-yah! :dio:

I would strongly recommend doing some volunteer work in a field that is relavent to your degree. That way you are in the best position to suss out the jobs market while demonstrating your abilities at the same time.

Yeah, this is what I've been thinking about. Most important to me now is to do something I'm interested in and find rewarding, no matter how low down I have to start. It's either volunteer work or find some kind of apprenticeship. I've spent ages doing stuff I hate for money in the past (zomg that sounds rude :omfg: ) and more than anything else I want to avoid passing time in an area I don't want anything to do with.

It's a one year MA in International Politics, stuff like international development is what I want to work in.

Hope I pass, having said that... It's hard because my background is in a totally different subject (music) so it was quite scary going across to something so different especially at postgrad level

I think I bombed my chemistry test. And I don't think I did any worse on my biology test than any other time.

Stupid chemistry.
