No, it's not better than rap. This is a horrendous album! A few cool parts, but not a single good song to be found. It sucks. I still don't own it. The completist in me refuses to even spend a dime on it. This album is fucking horrible.

I agree. I'm not a big fan of Reload but it's a masterpiece compared to St. Anger.
