I heard this the other day; the song is ridiculous! Hahaha. It definitely sounds like Dimebag in parts, but the ultra deep voice is not something I've heard him do before.

LOL!!! This is hilarious!! Lovely stuff. I actually liked the song. The title was kinda too long, though. But the song made up for it.
