I definetly consider myself a big Dragonforce fan and was really into the bands first two records (loving every single song), but i'm starting to lose interest in the band. While i'm still trying to get see them live if possible, I've only heard two songs of the Inhuman Rampage (got lazy of waiting after they delayed the US release), which are Through Fire and Flames & Operation Ground and Pound. The former i started liking after repeated listens, yet the second one i find to be very unmemorable. Their music is just starting to get very repetitive and i'm sure that they have used almost the exact same lyrics in two-three songs. Is this bothering anyone else?
Since I only own IR, I can't say anything about being repetitive compared to previous albums. Looking at this album individually, I don't see much of an issue other than the fact that every song has a similar structure with dueling solos each time. If your talking about the "far away" lyric being used in both songs that have been made into videos, I noticed that too, but I think it's just like BG's "no _______ on my side" lyric being used on IFTOS or Iron Maiden using "crazy dream" a couple of times on NOTB.
