Land of The Dead - 7/10 Good movie, put a new twist on zombies, but in the end its still a zombie movie and Im usually not a big fan of said movies, with exceptions to Braindead and Shaun of The Dead.

Lord of War - I've always enjoyed Nicolas Cage's movies, and this one
is no exception. Cool movie, 8/10

The Prophecy(Uprising) - Hehe, shitty movie. God vs Satan vs Belial.
Not really worth watching, but I'm a sucker for movies like this. :P
5/10

Suspect Zero - Ain't seen it yet, dunno if I've got time to see if before
the movie needs to be back. We'll see, it looks pretty shitty. :D
Suspicion: 3/10

.:crast:.

Suspect Zero was a pretty good. The premise was a lot cooler than the movie though.

I saw Moulin Rouge last night, I had no idea what was going on and it confused me. I think the director was really drunk and/or high for the time they spent filming the movie.

according to my guitar teacher (and you can trust him on non-music related subjects), moulin rouge is wierd cuz of all the red, and it's ewan mcgregors best performance.

I'd disagree with the Ewan Mcgregor thing, agree with the red thing, and everyone in that movie had fucking creepy blue eyes.

Went to see The Descent last night...I was a little disappointed, although it was pretty original...I just didn't see why it got the reviews it got.

Munich - Meh. Not worth the fuss, and that sex scene/OMG MASSACRE bit didn't work. Good cast, though.

Jarhead - Meh, again. That Gyllenhaal guy is just not as good as his sister.

V For Vendetta - Better than I thought it would be, although Natalie P. was pretty rubbish. They overcame the naffness of it, I'll give them that.

Syriana - Pretty good, if a bit too complex for its own good.

Started watching Lost as well. I knew she was a wrong 'un the moment I saw her. And that Asian guy is pretty creepy as well...

Assault On Precinct 13

It was good, typical, but good.

Taladega Nights

This was pretty funny, but I missed a bunch of joke the first half of the movie because of the assholes behind us laughing so goddamn loud! And they were white!! WTF? Anyway, about 20 minutes in I turned fully around and glared at them. Thought that would be enough to frighten because I'm a badass, but no. They carried on and finally I turned and something to the effect of:

"Listen up, you annoying fucks! If any of you laugh that loud again I'm giving you two options, you're each going to willingly give me $10 for my inconvenience, or I'm going to fucking take it. Now shut the fuck up and laugh like a normal person!"

My friend and I didn't hear a word from them again.  The people in front of us thanked me. Haha. Anyway, good flick. Cohen's (Ali G) character, however, is a bit of a letdown. It's like they knew how funny he could be, so they didn't want him to outshine Will Ferrell's character and gave him lines that weren't as funny. Oh well.

i don't find Will Farrel at all funny =\

I watched Clerks again today, its awesome. I also wouldn't suggest watching Rules of Attraction unless you like watching characters that you don't care about do stuff that doesn't matter, but is mildly funny in a "that's ironic" kind of way. Oh yeah and the camera work is artsy.

NESS has the best one-liners on this board!

I think Will Ferrell is funny, but he's dreadfully boring if the script isn't funny. Give him a funny script and he's a very good comedic actor.

Watched the second and third Planet of the Apes films, and am halfway through the fourth.

Bought the 6 disc box set months ago and hadn't got round to watching it.

Well, 2 was lame for a long time but had an awesome ending that was almost as good as the first. I really enjoyed part 3, but mainly because it made me curious as to what would happen in part 4, not because it stood alone as a great film.

The books is way cool. Read Less then Zero and then Rules of Attraction. I think that chick Lauren from Rules of Attraction is the only fictional character I have ever been in love with.....ha ha, she shows up again in Glamarama as well. Bret Easton Ellis if you don't know.

I watched a couple of horror movies, first one called Family Portraits: An American Trilogy which is basically very depressing, nihilistic tales about madness in Middle America, I could only watch 2/3 because it just depressed the fuck out of me and made me fell uneasy, films rarely do that to me but these short films did. I recommend it for Noodles who always seems on the verge of suicide.

Watched some Spanish sleaze called Satans Blood too, full frontal nudity and satan.......yeah.....

Will Ferrell sucks. The man is the exact opposite of funny in every sense. Seriosuly, what is wrong with people?

he's funny occasionally, but he totally overacted in wedding crashers (an amusing movie otherwise)
