I want to order some Tankard and need some help figuring out what to get. I can get only two and there is only a small selection, but here it is:
(i will do it in order of oldest to newest)

The Morning After/Alien 1988/89
The Meaning of Life 1990
Fat...Ugly & Live 1991
Stone Cold Sober 1992
Two Faced 1994
The Tankard/Tankwart Aufgetankt 1994/95
B-Day 2002

I am leaning towards B-Day and The Morning After/Alien split, but I want to know everybodies opinion. Oh yes I want some good thrash...

I am sorry if the title of this thread has thrown some people off, but I would really like to know what two I should order. Does no one have any suggestions?

Tankard's one of the most consistent thrash bands around.... i'd just get starting from the earliest.

So even the mid nineties stuff is good? Because at that time thrash was dead.

Yeah but like otakon said, you can hardly go wrong with Tankard, if you liked one album you will like the rest. have you heard the new one?

New Tankard is ok... as usual it doesnt disappoint, but i wouldnt call it great either. But it's sure as hell more bang for your buck than say the new Slayer.

Still it's the kind of stuff i'd only buy if i have alot of disposable income with me lol. Marquee just released Preyer's Terminator on CD.... yum yum

Get the Morning After/Alien for sure; but like Otakon said, you really can't go wrong with any Tankard album.

Well I thank all of you that helped me, but I am not going to say which ones I ordered until I actually have them in my hands.
