Yeah so I've started three new threads on three different bands in three days. So what. Wanna fight about it?

Seriously I need to find some more full length/samples of this band. All I've found is "Living in Twilight" and it is frikin awesome. Its fruity flower metal so stay out of this tr00 metal warriors with little wieners.

It was pretty quiet, I could hear much hear at work. We have big air conditioners here because of all the computer shit. It sounded like something I'd like, though. I'll give it a better listen tonight.

I too have been looking for this band's CDs for sale. I have their last 2, but not their first 2.

If you know where I can grab them please let me know...

Great!! :D

Be sure and check out Retriem as well... they have one CD and it's excellent. Very similar to Epidemia. :)
If you read my Decuman Wave review, you should get a brief rundown of the Russian-lanuage bands.
Although, I don't think Catharsis is mentioned in that review... :?

If I remember correctly, their first 2 albums were never released as CDs :(

edit: their latest CD, Living in Twilight, contains redone songs from their first 3 albums. It's sort of a best of, but the songs were chosen by fans of the band.

Alright guys... I now own all 4 full-length CDs from this band and they're fantastic! (yes, all 4 were released on CD, although the debut might just be a self-release)
Highly recommended to fans of Sonata Arctica, Twilightning and so on. Almost all of their songs are sung in Russian, so be sure you can deal with that.

You are right, their 4th full-length 'Living in twilight' is kind-of a best of/compilation. 8)

If you're interested in purchasing this band's CDs... I suggest checking with Denis at Sentinel Steel (sentinelsteel.com), or I can give you my Russian contact/seller (contact me at metalcdratings@yahoo.com), who will surely at least have their last 2 CDs for sale. :)

Finally, if you're into this band, also check out Retriem, who has one CD.

I have heard good things, but i dont understand the language so I avoided looking any further :(
I can handle in my black metal, but i dont think I could in power metal because of the importance of the vocals and "sing-a-long" improtance for me.

Great! :D
Denis just got a lot of Russian titles in... you may want to look into Arida Vortex (who sing in English, not Russian) in addition to Retriem and Epidemia.

Let me know if you need any help... 8)
