No, the band aint, but the people behind the music are. Just like 85% of underground black metallers.

I dunno if 85% is too much, Skarty's the guru, but as far as I know there are indeed a lot more than we know of. I've read some interviews and, well, it's too easy to make racist comments for misanthropes. I'm not sure if they mean them or are just saying it to look more evil.
