I'm absolutely in love this band, Autocratopolis is one of the best cds I've heard in a long time. I just wanted to see if anyone else here listened to them, if not I would certainly suggest checking it out.

You have the Mars Volta in your sig...they are the epitome of annoying vocals. How on earth can you handle that but not this

The vocals are weird but I've listened to weirder, and worse. I like it. He has more character than a lot of other vocalists around.

Cedric bixler is awesome... and I didn't really mean in an annoying way, I meant in a sort of un-tight way productionwise... they didn't really fit into the music super great.

Pretty solid stuff, but I agree with noodles about the vocals. Could be better.

Sorry I missed this earlier, RC. I'm going to agree with you on this one, shocker. I do think the vocals are awkward in places, but I have heard far, far worse. Anyhow I could get into his voice in time quite easily. He struck me as a more ambitious, animated Lars Eric Si in Winds, which is not a bad thing at all. Regardless, the music is quite good. Thanks for sharing.

Pretty cool. The keyboard reminded of Cradle of Filth. :? The vocals aren't great, but the guy kind of reminds me of Warrell Dane.

It Begins to Rain is hella cool!

This is some good stuff. I hear some Warrel Dane in the vocals too.

Totally. He's strange, but I grew into pretty quickly. I love his weirdness, and like you said, how animated he is. It makes it much more interesting and enjoyable to me than a guy with a totally deadpan delivery who avoids doing too much to hide his vocal shortcomings.

I'm glad a few of you checked this out and enjoyed it finally
