Disapointing so far, only albums I've really liked have been Tool, Devin Townsend and Canvas Solaris's (in that order basically). There's been a few other notable albums (Lebanon, Lair of the Minotaur, Decapitated, Pitbulls in the Nursery, Thanatopsis, Kayo Dot, Degree Absolute, Day Without Dawn, Anathallo, Dysrhythmia) but nothing else really good.

Still lots of stuff I'm looking forward to though. I really hope Neurosis fire one off by the end of the year because then the new Tool might have some competition =)

This year started very very strong, almost as strong as 2004. And there's still many potential masterpieces to come.

I haven't really bought/heard a lot of 2006 stuff at all so far. I like Synchestra and Inhuman Rampage. The new Mystic Prophecy's quite good, as is Armada.

So far this year I have really liked these ones, the ones following right after this sentence here: Dragonforce - Inhuman Rampage, Elvenking - The Winter Wake, Devin Townsend - Synchestra, Katatonia - The Great Cold Distance, Morrissey - Ringleader of The Tormentors, Evergrey - Monday Morning Apocalypse, Astral Doors - Astralism, Bob Catley - Spirit of Man, Katai Tamas - Erika Szobaja and Red Hot Chili Peppers - Stadium Arcadium

Biggest disappointments so far: Tool (What the shit?) and the new Morrissey (but only a little, I still like this one alot).

Still Looking forward to: Blind Guardian, Sinergy, Dio (?), Virgin Steele (?), Jon Oliva's Pain - Chapter 2 - Maniacal Renderings and many more
