Good point, forgot to add them. I'd go with Violent Restitution, but both those albums are awesome.

forbidden - twisted into form is one of the best thrash albums i have ever heard, if not the best. and i dont even normally like thrash.

Abattoir - Vicious Attack (not really essential by any means, but good)
Deadly Blessing - Ascend from the Cauldron
Hirax - The New Age of Terror
Kruiz - Kruiz (not very thrashy, but you said speed too)
Realm - Endless War
