Given the fact they do a Led Zeppelin cover and otherwise use the typical verse/chorus structure you could probably get an accurate impression in about 2 minutes

But they are decent enough. I really liked Anchor.

first three songs are gifts from their website (not album songs) Anchor is the only full album song available from their website...

do try the clips or dload a full album (then it's Jupiter you need to listen to first 8) )

I already have D&C as MP3, and love it. I'm not going to listen to any of the other clips in case they spoil it for me.

I listened to the first 2 songs and got bored. I didn't figure I needed to listen to much more. I got the general idea.

2- keep an open-mind when Cave-In comes in, they're really a much better band on stage

Thing is I saw Cave-In live a few years ago and didn't enjoy them. I was hoping these mp3s would change my mind, but it looks like we're just not to be.

saw them too. I think it was for the Jupiter album. and, though it's my fav' album by them, I wasn't at all convinced by their performance... they're much better now (but don't except a metal band 'cause they're not one)
