No this is my first taste of them (I aquired the album aaaages ago but never got round to listening to it), my shitty PC speakers weren't agreeing with the production, I'll need to burn it before I can cast a proper opinion on it.


Weird speakers you have, the production on Pervertigo is excelent. :wink:
Their first album is a CoB worship but done very well (quite well I might add). Their third one is strange and it takes much more time to get into. It's not that great as a whole, but TOC's best songs are there. They mixed rock, prog, jazz and power. Bizarre combination but it worked for most of the songs, after all they are all different.

The left speaker is veeery quiet (I have no idea, but I don't have any volume or balance controls), which means the entire left channel can be very hard to pick up. Solo sections like in Angel of Death are almost comical, its like solo/rhythm part with quiet solo/solo/rhythm part with quiet solo. :x

Holy holy crap the production on this album is so lousy it's intriguing, and Kai couldn't sing for shit at this point. Still enjoyable album, though :)

I've had this album for some time but only got to listen to it now. And it sucks!! Daniel Heiman does not even sound anything ilke he does on the Lost Horizon albums. Dissapointment.
