Post subject:  Killers
Once considered by myself a guilty pleasure, I have come to listen to Hot Fuss frequently now. I have come to really dig the ambiences, melodies, and moods of their songs. To save a few people from having to make a post:Yes, The Killers are faggots who have no originality whatsoever.

Does anyone else here dig them, and, if so, what is your opinion of them?

Got Hot Fuss ages ago. Some songs are good, some not so good. Need to give it another listen, really.

If I am not mistaken, it started out as a thread about a band called the Killers, which would be appropriate to this forum. Then, on cue, Husker said that they were faggots. Zad retorted to this, and since, it has been a thread about hypocrisy and Samael. You can move it and change the name if you like, it no longer holds its original purpose.

Paul Di'Anno's post-Iron Maiden career is oft-criticised, and with good reason, but in the charismatic frontman's defence he has occasioanly stumbled across fleeting moments of inspiration. The Killers album "Murder One" is one such example of thi.....
