Hotshot - Love Don't Come Easy
Hahaha. Most of you will laugh, but I always like it when someone from an 80's rock band is able to release some good rock music where it actually has a genuine 80's quality to it, unlike other bands like Motley Crue who try and get too modern and lose that quality that made them good in the first place. So, here is Hotshot, Mike Pont's new band; he was the original singer in Danger Danger.
Of course, what I said above really doesn't apply to this release; apparently the songs are old, half of them were written between 1986 and 1987, the others being written/recorded from that point to the early 90's.
"Love Don't Come Easy" is a great tune, I wasn't completely sold on the other songs on the site, but this one is quality. I checked out the reviews of the album and they seem to generally be really good. I may have to buy it.
