Quote: The reunited TRIUMPH -- featuring guitarist Rik Emmett
alongside drummer Gil Moore and bassist Mike Levine -- will follow up its appearance at the Sweden Rock Festival in June with a couple of dates in July at venues yet to be determined, then spend a year gearing up for a major world tour beginning in the summer of 2009. Any Triumph fans? |

Sure! I have everything up to Surveillance. My favorites from them are Allied Forces, Thunder Seven and Just A Game. Stages is a pretty good live album as well. Should be interesting to see how they will sound again. If anything they need to try and re-create the sound and style of the Allied and Thunder Seven. |

I love Triumph!! I've been a fan since Never Surrender. Thunder Seven is definitely my favorite Triumph CD. Fight The Good Fight is one of the best rock songs I've ever heard. Rik Emmett is clearly a guitar genius and has one of the best voices ever!!! ![]() Damn....can I think of any more accolades to throw at this band??!! ![]() |

Well, I first listened to Triumph when I was 16. It was Stages, and I loved all the songs. Rik Emmett is a guitar god, and has a really good voice, but for me the secret of the band was the combination with the more agressive voice of Gil Moore. And Fight the good fight is a hell of a song, my Triumph fav. |
