I have Abigail, Abigail II, The Puppet Master, Fatal Portrait, The Graveyard and House of God. Besides Them and Give Me Your Soul... Please, are the any other KD albums worth checking out?

Agreed.

I heard so many bad things about The Spider's Lullabye but I love it, great album. Same with Dead Again by Mercyful Fate, second lowest rated album on RYM of all the albums between KD and MF.. Again though, I love it, great album.

Thanks for the recommendations. What is your favourite KD album? IMO Abigail rules. And Andy La Roque is a fucking god. :dio:

Yep. I have liked Them the best so far. That's the one I have listened to the most. Haven't given the others a fair share of listens although I liked them too.

You can't go wrong with the King. Abigail, Them, and Fatal Portrait are his best work, but all of his albums are worthy.

Abigail is absolutely mind-blowing, it took me long enough to realise it. The production sort of stopped me from getting really into for a while, how sad is that?

I was also sort of surprised to findn out how good Abigail II is.

I'm still a sort of King n00b. At the Graves is such an amazing song.

The Spider's Lullabye seems to cop a flogging I thinks it's great tracks like "6 Feet Under" and the awesome "From The Other Side".

Although it has nothing to do with King Diamond (but it does have to do with his cronies) Force of Evil is really awesome, might as well not ignore those.

I don't think you can go wrong with any KD CD's... Them and House of God are my personal favorites.

The King never disappoints but,
Fatal Portrait
Abigail and
Them
have yet to be surpassed.

Andy Laroque and Hank Shermann are severely overlooked and underrated axeman.

"Madeleine is running away from herself
Afraid of shame, she's crying out for help
To be clean again"...

This is the best story of all KD's albums IMO.
Supposedly a true one.

But, yeah, though often forgotten, 'tis a great album.

True, The Graveyard is also very underrated.
