Stuff he <3s: -Sahg - I -Krux - II -The Sword - Age of Winters -Neurosis, Minsk, Amen Ra, Examination of the..., Mouth of the Architect type sludgecore Stuff he h8s/is neutral to/doesn't care for: -Electric Wizard - Dopethrone -Black Sabbath - Paranoid & Black Sabbath & Heaven + Hell That's pretty much the extent of the doom I've heard in the last 6 months... so recommend me stuff! |

You haven't seemed to cover much in the way of death/doom or similar styles. I'll mention two bands that I mentioned in Zad's doom thread. http://www.myspace.com/esotericuk http://www.myspace.com/umbranihil Songs can be found there. I hope you enjoy. Other strongly recommended bands are Evoken and Dolorian. |

Yeah, I think I heard Esoteric a loooong time ago, but it was when I was just getting into metal and was like "wtf this is making my ears cry". I'll listen when I get home from work. |
