A bit poo on the production, but I love this kind of doom metal, clean vocals that are GOOD! =)

yes, I have only listened to samples of Doom Metal (Namely My Dying Bride, Candlemass, and Katatonia's Dance of December Souls), but I think that this style seems less 'gothic' for lack of a better term. I will probably check these guys out. Oh and if you have any suggestions for any other good Doom Metal bands out there, just shoot one or two out there for me  thank you.

Samples, huh? Well, then, you need to go here:

SOLITUDE AETURNUS

Listen to the samples! This band is fucking amazing! Second only to Candlemass simply because Candlemass have released more albums. I enjoy Solitude Aeturnus more, though. Plus, Robert Lowe has one of the most amazing voices you'll ever hear!!

Thee Plague Of Gentlemen are good. And I've heard good stuff about Unearthly Trance, though have heard nothing from them. Anybody?

Also good are Electric Wizard, Grand Magus, kyuss (for a more "stoner" sound), Monolithe if you like experimental doom (Cult of luna, isis are good as well for that), and of course Reverend Bizarre.
