We sure don't buy a lot of doom and such, huh? Anyway, I just found this little gem:
Mist And The Morning Dew, The - The Mist And The Morning Dew (EP)
This was quite the surprise. I saw this a few weeks ago in Boston, the band name struck me because the line "the mist and the morning dew" is in an early, unreleased Def Leppard demo from the late 70s. So I was tempted to buy it then, but didn't. I meant to check it out on the net, but like always, I never remember to do that shit and on the off chance that I do remember it, I usually forget the band name!

Anyway, I saw it again tonight and just bought it, fuck it, I thought, it's $5.
Anyway, it's like a demo EP, apparently the band lost the masters so the quality is like "high quality demo." It's very good, slow and doomy and folky with a female vocalist. A look on Metal Archives and there's a lot of people involved that I wouldn't have expected:

Pretty cool, eh? And it's apparently limited to 1000 copies, a re-release of their 2002 demo. A good find, I'd say.
Anyone ever heard of this band before?
