I was surfing around on CDbaby.com today and found Shatter Messiah's new cd "Never To Play The Servant". I thought the samples were incredible, plus it's part of their $5.00 specials. Is anyone here a fan of SM? I know nothing of their history. What's the scoop on these guys? |

Never heard of em personally. But there's two extremely favorable reviews over at the metal-archives, and I can attest to Curran Murphy's awesomeness. |

Never To Play The Servant was really good. Annihilator + Nevermore ;) The new album...Well, I have very mixed feelings. Some moments are outstanding but some are totaly not convincing me. Sometimes it seems that they aren't sure what they exactly want to play ;) |

I also ended up buying a copy of Never To Play The Servant (along with 12 other CDs that were chucked into the basket) off of CD Baby because of this thread. It really is an awesome album, highly highly recommended, and, at $5.00 you can't lose! |
