It seriously kicks ass. And it is the end of an era, the best band of the industrial metal genre is calling it a day with this album. They've had amazing albums in their time, influenced many, and simply kicked ass.

Hails to Mr. Jourgensen. Hope he keeps making music.

The thing I had initially thought turned out true when I read this:

"That seems to be my muse; everyone seems to think I write real shitty music when a Democrat's in office. So we'll do that one, and then me and George Bush go riding off hand-in-hand, into the sunset."

If I could I would vote for the republicans in the next us elections lol.

Lame to quit because you can't protest a republican president anymore. There are plenty of asshole senators.

i have Psalm 69 and Houses of the Mole, but i only heard the later. No W rules (it's really fast) but the rest of the album didn't really stir me up.

should i listen to Psalm 69? and what about other albums, any fast ones?

Rio Grande Blood is their fastest and imo best. You should definitely listen to it.

A new one already? It can't been that long since Rio Grande.

Oh fuck yeah, i'll have to get this when it's out.

Azrael, also check out The Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste. It's my fave Ministry album. Land of Rape and Honey is also good, but very different from their newer stuff. More electronic.

Having heard the whole thing, I can only say... wow. Another great album. I can't believe Al won't come back to music... maybe he'll resurrect Lard. :)

I think he's planning a record label or something.

I should give this one and the one before it a good listen 'cause I've been slacking on my following of Ministry duties.
