Post subject:  Silencer (BLACK METAL THAT REALLY DOES MAKE YOU WANT TO DIE)
Is that band serious, they have some cool parts on their album but god damnit it's probably the funniest/worst album i've ever heard.

I read some reviews about it on metal archives, are those people fucking serious though, maybe i missed the joke or something but jesus christ the album should be at most a 30%. Yet every review is over 90%.

I bet Natramn is really King Diamond and they hired some big black dudes to rape him in the studio and recorded it.

it's funny how the only people who listen to this shit are people who think they will look badass because the vocalist is "crazy" (hes an emo faggot).

Death - Pierce Me was kind of cool. Not something you could listen to every day but it wasn't bad. The vocals can be rather absurd though.

Black metal vocalists seem to aspire to recreate screams of the insane and this guy has no trouble doing that since he did get committed after making his first album.

I remember hearing one of their songs and I thought the intro was cool but then when the vocalist came in I laughed for the rest of the song.

As stated in the other thread I love this band and a lot of people do, anywhere you go Silencer is usually held in very high regard. No joke. One of the best vocalists in business.

Nattramn have during the last year been awaiting trial after being accused of two cases of assault
but escaped conviction today and Nattramn, whom of course only acted in self defense, remains (physically) a free man.

On an IT related note, he really that short? I've seen pictures of Opthalmia with no dwarves in them. Is actually normal sized, or did he leave Opthalmia?

He was with Opthalamia until the band broke up.

He's 1,5m, which is really fucking short. Lives in Finland these days btw. Haven't met him though.

That's about 5ft, isn't it. I'm British, so we don't have your krezzy "metric system". That's taller than I thought, all the stuff I've read about him made him out to be like a full-on midget. Dio's not much taller than that is he?
