I bought their latest 2 CD's in the past month and I'm impressed. The newest release is called "Transkarpatia" and they released the video for "Burning Times" as seen here

Another song form the CD is called "Vampiric Prose" which just kills. They sound like a mixture of Dimmu Borgir and Cradle of Filth with more focus on female vocals. Find out more about them here:

:dio: I'm really loving this band :dio:

I actually think that is a Horrible album and so pissed I bought it. I have "In the Flames of the Black Art" and "Oniard" which I think are both excellant though. Oniard though has the worst clean males out side of a Crematory album though but they "work".

It was just disjointed and I thought the production/song writing didn't mesh well with the vocals, like they were going off of two different vibes, plus it was such a 180 from Oniriad (sp?) which was kind of a tripppy post modern type thing. In the Flames of the Black Art is def a good example of symphonic gothic black metal.

I've never heard the darzamat CD your speaking of. If I can get a copy I will. Everyone has a right to their opinion though. "Transkarpatia" is my first encounter with their music. I bought "Semidevilish" about two weeks ago from lala.com. They're both just dark enough, contain enough black metal overtures, eerie keyboards, female vocals, and supernatural lyrical content for me to dig 'em. Hopefully I'll be able to catch a listen to the two CD's you're talking about.
