Whoa. So if Gallows Gallery was them doing Power Metal, is this them doing thrash? Pretty good track, although initially rather disappointed after GG, doesn't have that wonderfully weird sound. |

I honestly fucking loved it!!!!! Ive played it about 20 times today. This is my album of the year, if the album is all of this standard. i dont give a shit that its only february. (although i may change my mind when the new dillinger comes out  we will see)

That's what made GG great for me. They were playing a weird kind of Power Metal, with those throat-singing harmonies, and synths always sound great with that. I'm not sure how this will turn out, I'm not sure I really like it, but it's good to see them experimenting. |

Eww Sigh... I purposely haven't heard Sigh for a long time since I find their/his 'let's-try-everything-but-the-sink'-approach to experimental music irritating and pointless. I'll check out the sample none the less.. EDIT: As I suspected the keyboards were icky. It might have worked well without them, but I don't know.. |

EDIT: As I suspected the keyboards were icky. It might have worked well without them, but I don't know.. I haven't found this band remotely interesting since Imaginary Sonicscape, and even then they were going too far. Hail Horror Hail was a good album though. |
