Has anyone listened to this? I am not really familiar with their older works, i just listened some time ago to the Paysage D'Hiver split, but this new one is pretty damn good!! |

Yeah, listened to the first track last night and am putting on the second now... Too soon to give opinions though. |

Just listened all the way through. Loads of it went by without me noticing, which can't be a good sign. It was sometimes aggressive, without being face melting and blasphemous, and sometimes melodic without ever being really memorable. So not too keen after first impressions, but will give it more tries. |

I haven't listened to the other ones either. The new one starts strong, then it gets a bit boring, picks up a bit and dies again. It's a so-so album, I think, although I do need more listenings. |

They'll never make anything as awesome as A Haudiga Fluag. No black metal band will ever make anything as awesome as A Haudiga Fluag. |

I think this is very good on first listen. The first track is an excellent opening, and the extremely epic feel remains throughout. |

Anyone else notice that the band has since all but called it quits? I still haven't listened to the new one yet. I have Elixir of Sorrow which never did a whole lot for me, but the split with Paysage d'Hiver was excellent... -Tyrion |
