Absu.

They've released so many good CDs, whereas Melechesh hasn't quite
achieved the same. Tara is fucking amazing!

i've heard Djinn and Sphynx from Melechesh. Djinn has only 1 or 2 songs that i liked, Sphynx is more solid but nothing that awesome (imo).

Absu's Tara on the other hand is fucking awesome!! but i've only heard Tara and V.I.T.R.I.O.L. (which i didn't like at all) so i can't say much.

so, um, recommend some Absu albums, eh? more in the line of Tara than V.I.T.R.I.O.L., if possible.

I'm such a n00b that this poll might as well say "Prtglrb or Imrmpo?"

The new one from Melechesh puts them over the top for me, but Absu is certainly good.

I honestly haven't heard much Absu, don't even own an album, but Melechesh I am familiar with.I really want to love Melechesh but it just doesn't connect with me.I enjoy them occasionally but I can't get into a whole album.Isn't the drummer from Absu in Melechesh?

The new Melechesh just arrived... Only on track 2 and already I can feel all my other favourite albums of the year getting their boobs pissed on.

True, it's very similar to the last one, but that is good news for me
