No not the faggy cock rock sissies, the Canadian death/thrashers (?) from the 80's. Did anyone listen to these guys? you can download their entire first album (even the bonus tracks) and 4 songs from their second and last release (which was just a compilation of demos and unreleased shit). They are not the best Canadian band ever but I think do deserve a bit of recognition.

Well I actually do really like these guys, but I didn't want to over hype them cause not everyone might be as impressed. But it nice to see them get some praise.

Slaughter rule allright, and the chainsaw-wielding zombie with the mohawk is one of the coolest band mascots ever, right up there with Eddie and Korgüll.

At the risk of getting flamed, who is Korgüll?

Yes Katorz is quite nice, I am really enjoying this cd. I would like to see what they do in the future with Piggy being dead and all...RIP

Well, Piggy had enough demo material on his hard drive to make 2 full albums. Katorz was the first, and the second one wil probably come out next year. After that, I have a hunch that the band will be retired.

Yeah I think after they use up all of the Piggy stuff they are done, it is sad because they are a good band. It's funny how this started about Slaughter and is now about Voivod, but at least we are staying in the country!
