According to destruction.de, they are going to re-record hand selected songs from the 80's and even some from Cracked Brain. This will rule for sure.

Ya, I heard about this... I have great faith in them after seeing them live on Friday, so hopefully it'll be nice. And I voted Eternal Devastation.

I love systems that work, and yes you should definetly check them out. I saw them last night and they stole the show. I just think they should of been second last or even headlining...but oh well I still got to see them. Schmier is a GOD!

They should fire their producer, and rerecord All Hell's Break Loose, Antichrist and Inventor Of Evil back 80's analog production haha. Destruction has lost their signature sound ever since they reformed anyway. It's still OK, but far from great imo :/

Cracked Brain is a very underrated album, i would vote for that with Schmier on vocals. But i wont, since all rerecordings are shit anyway and not worth buying.

Definately a cash-in.... for nu fans that cant take old Destruction. Still it's up to the band to do whatever the fuck they want, i just wont support such releases.

I'm sure it is a cash in, but I don't think it's that bad an idea. I hate the sound on some of the early Destruction records. It's badly produced, but not in a cool necro way.

And hopefully they can lose the bits where the vocals randomly squeal on certain words arbitrarily.

IMO I think it's a good idea for someone like me, because it's so goddamn hard to find their old shit. So if they re-do it then I can hear some Destruction I have never heard, and even if I buy it that doesn't meen I still wont by the old stuff that I am missing. And I disagree with Destruction has lost their sound, I think they sound fucking great. Always have.

I voted Mad Butcher. I'm sure there's a better one in there, but I can never find their old shit, so these re-records will be a must-buy for me.

I voted Eternal Devastation, but I change my mind on that occasionally. Mad Butcher is the only one I don't like at all. The title track is cool but there's a better version of it on Infernal Overkill, no?

Anyway, I only own the first four so I wouldn't like to comment on some of those.

I will never, EVER own a credit card! That's debt waiting to happen! I'm sure I could find them on eBay, but recently I haven't had the time to devote to the Bay.

I'm sure you can order it from your local record store even.... Destruction, Kreator and Sodom are major bands under major labels, so it's easy to find their stuff.

There's even a double jewelcase pack with Sentence Of Death/Infernal Overkill and Mad Butcher/Eternal Devastation out there that cost fuck all.
