Huh. Where do I begin.. A Blaze in the Norther Sky is one of my first bm albums (I still have it in cassette, cassette I tell you!) So it has a very special place for me. Transilvanian Hunger is perfection in black metal with its minimalism, hypnotism, unholy atmosphere... Let me sort all the albums up and cut the fanboy crap Transilvanian Hunger A Blaze in the Northern Sky (very close) Under A Funeral Moon Panzerfaust Hate Them The Cult is Alive Sardonic Wrath Goatlord Total Death Soulside Journey Ravishing Grimness Plaguewielder A big fuck you to all Darkthrone haters. A Blaze In The Northern Sky and Under A Funeral Moon are pretty god damn good albums. The Cult Is Alive has a nice new rocky feel. But nothing beats the archaic, evil and yet melancholic feeling of: Transilvanian Hunger |
