Hey. Anyone who has heard this please explain it to me here. I have their entire discography , but if this one picked up where vassisnesvor (or whatever) left off then count me out, but if it is similar to the older albums then I am in. Please help because this has just recently been available here in the states and I think Centurymedia has free Februaury shipping right now Thanks, Jeff |

You didn't like Vansinnesvisor ? Farsotstider is definitely a continuation of V. but it's quite different at times. It's even heavier and as someone mentioned it here before the vocalist tends to growl more, but that doesn't bother me, I like it both ways. What I didn't like (and that's why F. is weaker imo than V.) is the almost total absence of the folkish melodies that were present on V. The keyboard role is reduced so it's more attention on the guitars. I can't compare this to their older albums cause I haven't heard them yet (almays meaning to do it...not enough time). Are they that different from V. ? |

From what I've heard, it's a lot doomier than their older albums, and as Pyro said, less folky. Not bad, though. |

Thanks for the right up! I will probably get it either way being a discography whore ![]() |
