This band contacted me back in March and was supposed to send me their CD, but they've not yet because they ran out of the initial pressing. I was going to post about them then, but figured I'd wait until the review.

Well, since it's been a while I'll post now because I'm not sure if they plan on sending anything (they said they plan to). Anyway, they're an old school thrash band from Brazil and they're badfuckingass! The vocals have that raw Sepultura sound...and the accent. I don't really know anything about them other than that. Oh, and the singer is a hairy beast.

These tracks come from their debut full-length The Nether Hell:

WARFARE
RETURN TO THE KILLING GROUND

Copy and paste the link to the bottom song, parenthesis fuck up BB code. The song is called LEGIONS (FORGOTTEN BY THE GODS). I can't wait to get this album!

Hehehe. I'd fix it, but I'm banned from this forum.

Hahahaha! I was thinking to myself that this is quite good and then the vocals came in. But they actually seem to kind of fit... interesting :?

And there was me thinking, 'wow, look at everyone posting about Ken's new band'.

I'll try it later, this Dream Theatre has just gotten interesting.

The music is superb, I just can't handle the vocals. There's something about those type of vocals that push me away like a bulldozer does a pile of asphault. Same thing happens to me with bands like Destruction and Exodus and Annihilator. I love Death Metal, and I love stuff like Sieges Even and the new Amorphis, but I can't do with thrash metal vocals.

Personally I thought the vocalist was great, original thrash vocals are a big plus for me. The lead guitar was awesome and the riffing was no let down either. That was just an expansion on 'me like', hehe. I'd like to get a full length by these guys actually.

Sorry, I forgot about this!

Pretty good. There's a lot of good Braziliano bands around...

I actually just got this in the mail today, it's a 6-song EP, not a full-length. I haven't listened to it yet, though.
