Another album I got for X-mas, and it's the only Kreator I own. It came with the Flag of Hate ep included, but to me it doesn't really seem any differant from the actual album. I'm only on my 3rd spin, but I've started to get into the album and I have a few points: Mille's vocals are great, and Ventor (who sings on Death of Your Saviour and Command of the Blade) just isn't as good on vocals, his voice is too clean I guess. My favourite songs so far are Pleasure to Kill, Ripping Corpse and Take Their Lives-in that order. (Take Their Lives is from the Flag of Hate ep, so if I was only allowed to choose songs from PTK it would be Riot of Violence in third) At the moment I find the one big drawback to be the production, which is, quite frankly, wierd. The drumming is in a strange style but I'm getting used to it and it really works. This certainly deserves a CLASSIC review and my 3rd listen score is 85/100. Any opinions on the album, or any of my points would be welcome, and I'm guessing Holy Terror (and Brahm_K for that matter) to just going to tear me apart for finding the drumming and production wierd.

Pleasure to Kill is the heaviest song ever written.

I don't find old-skool thrash and good as old-school death and grind. Weird, I know.

Kreator's best album IMHO. Makes me want to act all violent and stuff.

Man, this album makes me orgasm. I prefer Coma of Souls over this, but there's no question that this is the album I go to if I want convulse violently and smash my head against the wall.

A MAN LIES IN THE CORNER... COVERED IN BLOOD!

i love that intro to command of the blade, shame about the vocals...

personally i find this album way too raw for my taste. my favourite song is under the guillotine. "flag of hate" is also pretty good but i don't think it counts.

my favourite Kreator album (i heard violent revolution [hated it], enemy of god, ptk and terrible certainty) is TC.

Just listened to this today while cleaning my apartment. Asskicking music makes housework a little more tolerable.

Actually Riot of Violence is also sung by Ventor, and is nevertheless a classic!
My favorite song is Death is your Saviour! But the whole album is great.I'd give it something between 85 and 90!

BTW,if you don't like Ventor's singing:avoid Endless Pain where he sings on half of the songs;on Terrible Certainty he sings on one song;from Extreme Agression on he stops singing!

I don't dislike his singing, it's very similair to Mille's imo, but I just prefer Mille's over Ventor's just that little bit. Plus I was holding out for Coma of Suols next, but if I see something going cheap I'll pick it up.
*waits for classic review*
I now rate this 92/100, lost 1 mark...
